phonebook name problem

Hi. I have just bought a Go1005 LIVE and all works OK except when my phone connects via Bluetooth it transfers the Phone book names as numbers. The numbers are there too.
I have a Nokia C3 which transfers the phonebook info fine on my GO700.
Any help would be appreciated.

I think that's one for customer services, I'm afraid...

Unfortunately, TT will probably just say "It's not on the compatibility list, so tough..."

On the old models the contacts list was a simple text file that we could edit easily with Notepad or similar.
On the new models, it's probably still just the same, but there's no way we can get at it to correct anything.

Exactly! I have GoLive1005 and using it with Nokia E75 - works fine except SMS - TT encodes SMS messages like crap AND TT service just informed that E75 is not on the list of supported phones. :thumb:
