Phone for Help

Just messing with my GO720 and found this problem...

If I click on Help Me followed by Phone for Help most of the options like Nearest Public Transport, Nearest Car Services, etc work OK but such things as Nearest Vet, Nearest Dentist, etc are giving me names of people in Belgium and hundreds of miles away.

Any idea what's going on?

I know many Brits were reporting this on their units. Mikealder, from the UK hangs out here too. hopefully he'll see your post. I seem to remember it involved getting an updated help file but he'll know the details.

I guess you are UK Essex based then? try clicking Here when you scroll down the page you will find some instructions and a file set to download that will fix the issue you have.

For me living in Lancashire I used to get routes to the nearest Doctor which included a ferry crossing to Ireland, once the updated files are on the unit you will notice a significant difference for the better - Mike
