I have a Verizon phone and when I try to hook it nad my go720 together the tomtom 720 says it can't find any phone but yet my phone finds the tomtom.What am I doing wrong.

I have a Verizon phone and when I try to hook it nad my go720 together the tomtom 720 says it can't find any phone but yet my phone finds the tomtom.What am I doing wrong.

Make certain that bluetooth "discovery" is turned to "on" in your phone. The default setting for Verizon bluetooth is "off" and it will revert to this if the devices don't pair immediately. I had the same problem with both my GO 700 and my GO 720 with a Verizon LG VX8300. You pretty much have to put both devices in discovery mode simultaneously and then hit "search" so that they can pair. Give that a try.
