Phone book

Wondering if anyone knows.
I can no longer get my 720 to copy the phone book off my phone.

It did work at one time "What's changed"

I now use a 8 gig SD card instead of the 4

I upgraded to 8.3 Would either of these cause me to lose this function

Hopefully, you have an Explorer backup prior to the firmware update.....

If so, can you copy the contents of the contact folder (I think it's called) from the backup to the unit using Explorer?
