Not yet.
It currently only works on the 520 and 720 units.

Hmm. My TomTom ONE V2 7.120 maps 675.1409 doesn't have "Change car symbol" menu option.

"Your TomTom GO uses a blue arrow by default to show your current position in the Driving View. One of the ways you can personalize the Driving View is by changing this symbol. Your TomTom GO comes with a pre-installed set of car symbols. You can also upload your own car symbols to your TomTom GO.

How to change the car symbol on your TomTom GO:
1. Open 'Change preferences' in the Main menu.
2. Select 'Change car symbol'.
3. Select your new image."

Right now, looks like only x20 owners can do this. I hope TomTom soon releases a FULL Navcore 7 for all units.
