Looking at buying a TELSTRA-T96 mobile phone
why because
they have an external aerial plug
telstra next g network
bluetooth
I have also purchased a new TOM TOM GPS which has bluetooth handsfree phone capabilities
did not know that they would not talk to each other , blue tooth is blue tooth ????
the TomTom listed the phones that it can contact with
the list does not include branded phones , ie telstra and TOM TOM will not discuss phones that are not listed
The phones is made by ZTE and they cannot say if it will talk to the TOM TOM
My samsung , old phone , unlisted , can find the TOM TOM but they will not pair ( connect )
does anybody have a T96 and hopefully a TOM TOM VIA 280 that can help me
or does anybody live in western Sydney , with a T96 , where I could test the connection
have not been to telstra yet , the phone has been around for a while and I expect will not be in the showroom
I am in Sydney Australia
there are no telstra phones listed able to be paired
