Pairing 720 with Nokia N95 8GB

I have never got my Nokia N95 8GB phone to work properly with my 720. With software version 7.481 the 720 continually connects and disconnects from the phone. I upgraded the software to version 8.010 which solved the connection problem but instead you could not hear or be heard in a call.

Has anyone experienced the same problems or found a fix for this? TomTom customer services are of no help at all.
