pair with blackberry

please help me to pair blackberry with tomtom one. tt says phone "required features not found" I had same thing with old blackberry but was able to get it to work with help from forum.
now i have new tt and blackberry same problem

It would help if you could tell us:
1. what model blackberry you have
2. if you can successfully use the internet from a computer over bluetooth
3. who your provider is
4. if your old blackberry is identical in every way to your new blackberry
5. which version operating system your blackberry is running
6. what settings you've already tried that didn't work that you searched on teh internet and found

did you tell your tomtom to erase or not pair with your old blackberry?

i recently got my tmobile blackberry pearl to work with my tomtom one after downgrading my blackberry's software to one that was published in italy for my blackberry from another provider there.
