OS update, when?

I believe this has been discussed already, but does any one have any idea when it will materialize (i'm getting a bit impatient)? It seems that the TT One owners have got it already.

I do hope it's pretty soon, although I would prefer to wait for a "bugless" upgrade than a half-baked one.
