Operate My Go problem

Before I upgraded to 8.01, I used to be able to Operate My Go with my internet connection and go into TomTom Services and access TT Weather or TT Buddies, etc. Now whenever I click on anything in TT Services, it ask me if I want to setup a wireless connection to use any service. I can't even go into MyServices without first setting up a wireless connection even though I am connected to the internet. Is this an 8.01 bug or is my setup wrong? It has the right username on the screen, but I can't verify anything else.

Just to followup, i did successfully pair my ATT Tilt to my 920T and have full access to traffic, weather, etc. For those tilt owners interested, i used the Cingular Wireless(Media Works) access point to establish the data connection. It took several tries, but it did eventually connect. Same goes for the bluetooth pairing, not very smooth, but it will pair up eventually.

It may be an issue with the Navcore 8 firmware update. I still have Nav7.481 installed and used TTHome's -- Operate My Go -- TT + Services--Weather and indeed got the weather for the next 5 days at the location I set (Home). I actually had never even tried this before today when a poster in another forum referred to the process.

When the unit is undocked, the above does not work as the unit does indeed say a wireless connection is needed.

Hi dhn - remember this one - Maybe it is not supposed to work on newer units and/or apps. I always updated my traffic when online through Home on my 910, as I could not get reception on the traffic receiver at my house. All other freeplus services worked also (download color schemes) - now nothing does on 920 with 8.01.

If you recall the other forum, i would try to find something there.
