I am trying to "Operate Go" in TT Home with my Go730 and I get this message
This funcionality is not yet supported for your combination or navigation device or your device application version and computer operating system.
I have TT Home 2.7.3.1894

Called TT support they say sometimes there is problems with operating the Go in TT Home , he told me to try deleting some files and restarting home which I did and still the same problem. Anyone help on this issue?

If your application really is 8.391, then it is the incorrect version for your unit, it should be 8.351.

You can use Explorer to delete all the loose files in the root of the unit, NO folders or their contents, connect to Home and you'll be offered the application to download and install. Do so and try Home's emulator again. Before doing any deleting, though, make a complete Explorer, not Home, backup of your unit's contents.

Prior to doing any of that, though, try a pin reset on your 730 and connect to Home. See if the emulator works now.

Do You mean app 8.351?

This Application works fine with GO720

NavCore 9 (9.025) which I am currently using on GO750 is not yet cimpatible with this function on TTH.

Yes the unit is showing 8.391 and I told TT support the version and they said that's the latest so it's up to date. But I can try what your saying and see if that works, just not sure how to back up not using TT Home , but explorer instead as you suggested. Also which file am I deleting can you give me specific file or folder to delete?

Instructions on backing up can be found here.

When you look at the contents of the unit using Explorer, you'll see a bunch of yellow folders with names like: 'art', 'voices', etc. DON'T delete any of them.

You'll see a bunch of file NOT in any folder, such as ttsytem.... these are loose files. Delete all of them.

Your the best! It worked, sad how TT said the Version was correct when in fact it was not. Thank you again!

8.391 is used for the Tomtomwork fleet/logistics solution (and is the latest version for the 720 for those customers). But HOME (for individudal consumers) won't recognize it.

If you have this issue in the future, just follow these steps.
