Operate Device from computer

I've tried operating my Tomtom Rider from my computer but it does not work. I get a screen with the outline of the Rider but nothing else also there is a message not maps found.

Try uninstalling HOME, then delete everything in the folder below:

%appdata%\TomTom\HOME\Profiles\

Then reinstall HOME.
