Using latest online planning tool (1 Mar 2025) found that for nearly all of my Saved Places the tool did not respond at all in loading the Place on the associated map for UK, perhaps some 30 locations in total. So it was not possible to plan a route or Send one to my device.
This, despite that the Places were all identified in great detail - house number, street, town, county, postcode, country.
Those same Places could be found by Searching for them afresh.
In order to be able to Sync these to my GO Premium, again, I spent about two hours Searching and Saving them all over.
Just/only one or two of these long-saved Places did have a response within this planning tool.
I have fed this back to TomTom using the associated Feedback feature but of course there has been no reply.
The sole satisfactory feature is that they did Sync again to my device properly.
