ONE XL touch screen problem

Hey,

I have a TomTom One XL and when i touch the screen it presses in but then doesn't take. When i plug it into the computer i tap YES and it recognizes the button press but doesnt do anything. Same with when i press on the map to change my destination.

Any Ideas?

For starters, reset the unit (your model requires pushing the power button for about 15 seconds) and see if that helps.

thanks, i've already tried resetting it and nothing. Now I can't get past the opening screen where I need to press Agree
