One 3rd Edition problem

Have a TT One 3rd Edition.......
Was told by Home s/w to update so did so....TT crashed and didn't update properly....now ttsystem in root is a 0 byte file and nothing will work...........If I try to run update from home it crashes out....HHHHEEEEEELLLLLPPPPP

Did a backup but no files in backup folder

Is there any content in your map folder (either UK_ROI or W_Europe or similar names)?
If so, there's at least some chance of resurrecting it.

I am afraid that there is no hope after all the built in memory card is corrupted and will not format so I shall have to give up......Thanks for all the help anyway....

Yippeee!!!!!!

Decided not to give up and used third party s/w to format the interbal SD card.....Ran Home and then added my maps folder......total success

That may be the answer for my corrupted internal 930 memory.
What software did you use?
