One 3rd Edition- Max Speed Display

I have configured my One 3rd Edition to show current speed and max speed, but only the current speed is displayed. I have tried selecting/deselecting several times with the same result- the current speed is displayed but not the max. Everything else seems to work fine. I assume this feature records and stores the max speed I have driven during the trip and displays is next to the current speed. Anyone else having trouble with this feature?

Yeah, it doesn't work for me either.

Someone once posted that it wasn't available on all roads. If that is the case, then how does it calculate which routes are faster?
