Old tom tom spark 3

Hi, i still have my old tomtom watch and headphones which works but i recently lost the phone the watch is connected to and when trying to pair new and i open the tom tom sports app its giving me "connection error" and wouldnt allow me to sign in even though i dont have a wifi issue. Can someone help please
