On the back of my SAGECOM router, supplied by my ISP, Bell Canada, is the Network name and Network password.
I have no idea what it is your way, but a phone call to your ISP should solve the problem.
Except for getting Live Traffic from your cell phone a WiFi connection for the 620 is not necessarily needed.
If you have MyDrive Connect installed on your PC and connect your 620 with a USB cable, MDC is only used as a "flow through" to use your PC's WiFi to update your 620.
