No sound when making bluetooth calls (intermittent)

I have been using my nokia 6310 with tomtom 720 for some months without trouble. Recently it developed an issue in which there is intermittently no audio from the tomtom when making phone calls. A reset corrects the problem, but I can't work out how to systematically make it happen. I think the problem may have developed after installing/uninstalling some third party video player software - but not sure about that.

I have the same problem with my nokia n95 8gb and my 720. It seems to have only started since upgrading the software to ver 8.010 so I'm guessing it is a software problem that will be fixed with the next version

You might want to check your speaker preferences to see how they are set.

Also, when I used to use a Nokia, if I had something plugged into the Nokia (like a headset), it would not work right.

Had a similar problem with my motorola W385. Rebooted and seems ok now

Thanks all for suggestions. The problem finally went away with the 8.3 firmware upgrades
