Hello all!
I'm Rodrigo, from Portugal, and I own a Tom Tom Rider (version 1).
Yesterday I've installed a new map: Western Europe (v675).
The problem now is that thr GPS doesn't have satellite signal at all.
I've turned it on and off several times, made several soft resets... and nothing!
I've contacted the support services and they told me that, after install a new map, it is usual to take a few minutes to receive the signal form the satellites.
The truth is that I'm waiting for 2 hours...
Does anyone knows how can I fix it?
