no phone sound....

THe phone works on my 700 but after it dials and connects there is no voice sound, I can't hear my caller and vice versa. All other sounds work on the 700 Any suggestions? I have a 630 mile trip coming up and would like my phone to be hands free.

Make a call via the TomTom and tap the lower left corner of the screen, turn the volume slider up to the level you want - the phone volume control can only be adjusted while you are making a phone call via the device - Mike
