No Offline Maps

Hi, with my old Iphone 3G I had working offline maps. Since upgrading to an Iphone 4, I installed the same tomtom version with the same Australian maps, yet I had no offline maps.

This caused me some major dramas while 4WDing in the Australian bush.

What went wrong?

When I tried to browse the app kept saying no celluar connection.

If you have IOS4 running and or an iPhone 4 you need to update the TomTom program to 1.4.1 for it to work. You will then have your off line maps. Data and or cell service are really only needed for the plus services such as traffic (should not be missed in the outback) or google. However I do not know if you need the speed camera updates.

Something is clearly wrong them. This happened last week. Ive had 1.4.1 for sometime on 10s 4, with all current patches.
