No maps found

Good afternoon, I am at a loss as what to do my start 25 said there were new updates available so I started to download update and it removed all my maps and silly me I have no back up. Is there any solution to this apart from buying maps again? thanks in advance Bill

Clear Mydrive connect cache
Disconnect your device from your computer and perform a soft reset.
Restart MyDrive Connect then select a map to download.

Thanks for your help but still the same so think I will have to bit the bullet and buy new map

Does your Start 25 have lifetime map updates?

I purchased from tomtom outlet on ebay so unsure if I have lifetime maps came with 30 day warranty which has expired

Can you give the first 2 letters of the serial number located behind the mini jack.

The letters are BQ

Sorry for the delay in replying, I carried out instructions in link to no avail as when iopen the download folder to clear cache the clear download folder was greyed out so could do nothing, anyway thanks for trying i will go back to google maps
