No maps avaliable ?

I just got the tom tom one on Friday and i got the tomtom home software and tried to update the maps and it gave me an internal error or whatever. Now when i turn it on it simply says after loading all the screens that it has no maps?

I just got my TomTom One LE and upgrade the software from TomTom Home...and getting "no maps found" error too. Don't know what to do yet. will call tom tom.

I got the same thing last night... Try hitting the reset.

Last night I created a backup then re-connected the device; after downloading new updates I tried to "operate my device" from Home and the first thing I saw was no maps installed. After some fiddling around, I decided that a reset was in order. That fixed the "no map installed" message.
