I have a TT920 with US and Europe. I have received several map updates for the US, but none for Europe. I go to countries for Europe to select and there are none listed. Is anybody else getting updates for Europe? I have 8.3 firmware and 8.15 US and Western Europe maps.

Do you mean mapSHARES rather than map UPDATES since you said you have v8.15 maps for both, and they are the current ones?

If you do mean mapshares, is the WE map in a different memory space than the NA map; iow, is the NA map on internal and the WE map on a sdhc card or vice-versa?

If so, do you have Home switch devices before attempting to get mapshares for the map on the sd card?

I am talking about mapShare updates. I have not received any for Europe. My Western Europe map is on my sd card, but I switch to the external card and check for updates. Thanks

For some, this works......

When pointing to the sd card (and the WE map), in Home, choose to remove all mapshares by everybody from the map. Now try the update again.

Not sure I understand your problem correctly... In Home, to get MapShare updates, your current map needs to be selected. IOW, if your current map in use on the TT is NA, you would only get MapShare updates for NA. To get MapShare updates for WCE, your current map needs to be WCE. You can always use Home to simulate your map selection by going to ?operate my GO? in Home and select, in preferences, change map from North_America to WCE. Don't forget to reselect NA afterwards as it may struggle putting your current location in WCE...

Also found by accident, after using the W&CE map.
If the TT is disconnected and reconnected to the computer,
it will ask you if you want to switch to the NA map.

You figured it out for me. I didn't relize I had to be in that map for a mapshare update. I switched maps and then it updated. Thanks for the help
