No longer able to record routes.

Covered a couple of hundred KM today - twice during the ride the tomtom rider 550 stopped recording of its own accord. When ive got home there are no longer any recorded files from today eg 27th June on the device - it has plenty of spare memory and theres also a memory card which is formatted to import routes. please see the attached screenshot - please note that there is no recognition of the memory size from the card although the files on it are recognised for importing routes into the tomtom when i insert the card.

Is there any chance this has been formatted wrongly and affecting saving recordings?
