No City Found

When I go to navigate to,address,street and house number,then city I type in a letter for a city and it always comes up city not found. I only have a few cities in this Tom Tom one for some reason.How do I get all the cities back when I do a search of cities?? Please Help Thankss

It seems like only certain letters are missing like m and t.
