No access to My Drive Connect after update

Uploaded the latest update and i cannot get My Drive Connect to open either using the app or direct through the web page. Comes up with error #97.abfb3d17.1441620395.e1c9ef

Anyone else having the problem or can offer a fix?
 
The most recent MyDriveConnect versions are standalone products, not accessed by a web browser. So I'm not clear what you mean referring to a web page. Anyway, try this:

Get the freeware version of Revo Uninstaller from here:
http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html

Completely uninstall MyDriveConnect. Get a fresh copy at tomtom.com/getstarted. Install.
