Newbie upgrading to 2GB card...

I read the sticky post above for upgrading to a 2 gb card. Just received my 2 GB card and want to upgrade.

Do these steps apply if I'm not upgrading my maps?

If not, how's the process different? Just copy the 1GB card onto the 2GB card via my cardreader?

Just copy

I went from my 1gig to a 2gig card simply by copying all data from the factory 1 gig card to my PC hard drive (Not through TomTomHome) and copying all files back over to the 2 gig card.

Easy as pie.

It is concievable that the "Clear Flash Tool" would be needed, but mine did not require that.
