Newbie question

New user JB here. I purchased a 920 for my son. The unit worked great, but now it won't recognize a voice command. It just shows "Listening", but like my wife, won't respond to my commands.

Now the boy wants me to upgrade the unit to the Trafic Alert option.
What are the reviews on that service? He will be using it in the Minneapolis area.

I see you would like to know about TT Traffic. Were you interested in using the RDS-TMC antennae or using your phone's Bluetooth to download traffic?
