Recently bought xxl 550 tm and unable to download/install the lifetime map/traffic updates with my computer which uses 64 bit operating system/windows 7. Is there anyway I can solve this problem aside from using a 32 bit OS? I already spoke with customer support today but would like to have this resolved asap. Will be using my gps device to drive out of state and will be glad to hear from any of you out there who can give me other options. Thanks.

Are you saying that Home won't install properly on your W7 machine?
If that's the issue, some have found running Home as XP compatible works.
