Hi, Had my 1XL three years and don't leave home without it. However, it no longer retains my favorites. I was wondering if this is a memory problem, if so, will a memory card help.

Did you just update your map by any chance?

Also, how many do (did) you have? TT can save only 48 (I think it is) favourites. That's why many resort to converting their favourites to a custom poi category. See here:
