New TT 720

I bought my 720 yesterday, loaded up the latest software via TomTom Home and now the unit will not show the graphics on its screen. I can operate the unit from my computer but not undocked. I have "Reset" the unit... not luck.
Any suggestions?

I got it.

I found a thread with a similar problem that had directions for reinstalling software.
