New to Tom Tom Start - Please help me!

Hi Everyone,

I recently purchased a Tom Tom start and I am hoping someone can help me out! I constantly have problems with it showing the incorrect time, when I turn it on the time is correct, yet within a couple of minutes it jumps forward half an hour or more, and sometimes just freezes on one time for ages.

I have tried re-setting the time on the clock and pressing sync numerous times and still it continues to happen. Any ideas?

Welcome to TTf.

There is a bug in the software for various models that causes the half hour jump. No definite reason why or permanent resolution.

Probably setting the hour and minutes manually and clicking 'done' is the best approach. Don't use the sync button.

Also, wait for the gps signal before setting the time (the 'sync' button doesn't even show till there is a gps lock).
