TomTom Uconnect 5" RadioNav
Hi,

I am the proud owner of a Swift Escape Motorhome it has a 5" Uconnect Radio Nav built in. I have had it form new, so its 10years old now. I am struggling to download TomTom Home on this PC though I have done it to update maps loads of times. Does anyone recognise the error: The code exicution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME 140_1dll was not found.
Any ideas?

Yes, that appears to be the result of an incomplete installation.

Also, it's not clear that you have a current version of Home there. Might want to check that. Current version is 2.24.12.11

Look in C:\Program Files\TomTom HOME\runtime\bin

There, you will normally see vcruntime140.dll and vcruntime140d.dll
I don't know of any vcruntime140_1.dll file that belongs to Home.

Yes. Completely uninstall whatever version of Home is on your machine and reinstall the current version.

This "VCRUNTIME 140_1dll" file (I assume the space is accidental and that you just missed the period in front of "dll") isn't part of the current code, so whatever is asking for it isn't current, either.
