New Map Guarantee

I am trying to help someone set up their new GO720. Everything has worked fine except for the map guarantee update.

When I go to TT Home and click on Tools, Use Latest Map Guarantee it says that he has the latest map.

We cannot click on 'use my activation code' because we cannot find how to get the activation code.

The map is old. It is ver 710.1584

Any help is appreciated.

You will most likely have to call TT T/S for help. Usually they will ask for a fax copy of your receipt and then will add the new map to your friend's account.

Ensure the application for the 720 is updated first. The latest is 8.351.

Now shut down Home. Restart it. Does it offer the LMG now? If not, do as advised and call support: 866-486-6866.

Have done all the updates etc. and no luck with the map update.

Have copy of receipt in hand to fax tomorrow when I call support.
