New and have a problem

Hi All,
New to this forum and joined as I cannot contact TOMTOM. Have had a GPS for a couple of years-TOMTOM GO 720. Downloaded a new map of Oz recently as we are setting off travelling in Feb. It shows on TOMTOM Home as on the computer but it's not on the GPS and I haven't a clue how to shift it to the GPS. Can anyone assist please???

What happens when you try to install it? Do you have a sdhc card in your unit? Is the Oz map showing here in compressed form?:
c:\documents and settings\yourname\my documents\TomTom\Home\Downloads\Complete\Maps\

I'd personally suggest getting a reliable 4-gig sdhc card for your unit, the faster the better. Put your NA map on it (that's how I run my unit here).
