need help please

I am trying to upgrade to a 2 gb. I have a 510 and I have the dvds. I saved the info. to the sd card. When I put in the sd card in the tomtom it says usa and cananda hasnot been activated. The tomtom says to visit www.ttcode.com to get activation code. It gives me the device code and when I go to the web sight and put in this info it gives me the code, but the tomtom willnot except it. Im not sure what to do from here.

Thanks that worked. I need help with another problem. I have the crack to turn my 510 into the 910. I need the LoquendoTTS file from the 910. Also the instructions are very vang. Does anyone have better insructions. Also it say to use with 6.5, is that the only program you can use? thanks

I have the exact same problem. I tried the flash tool and it did NOT work.

However, if I connect to tomtom Home the map is active, just not when I disconnect.

Any ideas?

Try a pin reset on the unit.
