Navigation Instructions through Car Stereo

I followed the instructions here: https://www.tomtomforums.com/showthread.php?t=361 and got my cell phone connection running through the car stereo. Super! Is there a way now to get the navigation instructions also routed through the stereo?

I am using the GO-910.

Go to Change preferences - Speaker preferences, and put a check mark on the label Play spoken instructions over external speaker then click on NO for use BT Hi-fi device as the external speaker.

I should have looked there. I was thinking it was something complicated like the running the phone through the stereo. Thanks!
