Navigate to POI ---- Must Dial ?

Everytime I try to navigate to a POI I have to push the dial button for it to start the route. How do I navigate to a POI without dialing it's number? Please Help!!!!!!

Don't press the 'dial' button but the 'select' button next to it.

It has no select button...only dial. What should I do? Contact TomTom? I just got this thing a few days ago.

Did you try the "pin" reset. Sounds like an OS glitch. Does it dial the number when you press it or does it just act like select?

Yes, I agree, try the reset button and/or run the flash tool located in my signature below.
What firmware are you running?
