NA vs US-Canada Maps?

I am considering upgrading to the NA maps vs what I have right now us-canada maps....Is the NA maps actually that much better and is it really worth the purchase?

Yes BUT apparently it differs from version to version. The NA maps include Puerto Rico, more details (extra side streets, lakes and other bodies of water etc) and more POIs (doctors, dentist, shopping centres etc)
