N.A 7.10 Maps download issue

Has anyone else had a problem downloading the new maps? I just bought my 3rd edition a few weeks a go and when i checked for maps through the latest map guarantee i was advised a new one is available. When trying to download the time to download is all screwed up, it starts counting down from 48787655474985.52 but doesn't seem to do much. I have tried this on two different PC's and got the same thing? Strange.

Yes, it happened to me. However, the download works fine. It is just a calculation bug in TT Home.

I called Tom Tom , they said the same things, it is basically how the Tom Tom interprets the download. A big file so i am guessing it will be a while to download.

It downloaded eventually. When i try to input an address my only option is Guam, despite the device showing i have the 7.1 map installed for the USA and Canada.

Any Thoughts?

Forgot to switch maps from the Tom Tom..
