MyDrive Will Not Send Route to VIA 1515

New user here. Bought a 1515, connected it to my computer, updated the maps, registered it, etc. Laid out a route in MyDrive, clicked Send To Device, and pfffft....the route doesn't show up on the device.

Did it again, same result.

What am I missing?

You can send DESTINATIONS to the device, not ROUTES.

It's been a while that I used a NAV3 device, and then MyDrive was not enabled to plan routes.
On the devices, I think you can only plan a route to the final destination although your are able to add up to 3 waypoints.
