TomTom automatically updated the Mydrive Connect App on my Windows 11 machine and my Windows 10 machine. Both no longer work, they give a message "Rendering engine has crashed, do you want to reload this page?"
I have now tried various TomTom support ideas, 14 times, and all to no avail.
Has anyone else got this problem?

I have tried that many times, as instructed by TomTom support. But I will look at the link you kindly provided.
I have read the posts of a lot of people on the forum with the same problem, it seems that there may be an OpenGL Driver mismatch that TomTom are not capable of solving. I will ask TomTom support about this, but I have almost no faith left.

Hi Willy875,
Thank you for your input, unfortunately the windows 10 and 11 version does not seem to have this facility, U think that is in the Apple version.
Cheers,
Keith

My screen shot to which Wiley refers was made on a Win10 machine. Looks like you found it, though.

I have exactly the same problem on Windows 10. So I cannot update my device
