Trying to update a Rider 410 and Start models using MyDrive Connect, it just says "getting ready" and never gets past this. Both units connect fine and all the updates are visible.
I've tried different laptops (Windows 11 and XP) and different wifi connections and even left it for a whole day without it going to sleep.
I used to be able to update these models but not done it for a while.
Any ideas?
