My XL

I am one of those people that gets lost when he turns around three times so I find my XL gets me there. I must admit I sometimes miss a turn or decide to go another way but the poor thing recalculates and gets me on the right track.

I do do backups from time to time. and let the map share update. In Australia all we have is American voices male or female. I used to laugh at the pronunciations of Aboriginal names but it gets a bit dull with time. Needs a good Real Fair Dinkum Aussie Shiela to listen to.

Otherwise I would miss my XL. Have not used my street directory since I got it.

If you are talking about computer voices, not sure there is one with a supposed Aussie accent. Try adding voices using Home and see what is offered. Change the setting from 'default' to 'all' and see. Also try with the recorded voices. I know there is an Aussie recorded one available for my 720.

And mate, I've been fortunate to have visited Australia. I don't know how anyone understands anyone else there!
