My places not showing

Hi, Can anyone help, I have several places saved under the ”My Places” option in the menu and they show up on the map (stared) but they are not listed in the My Places list, i think I have about 12 marked places marked on the map but only 5/6 are available in the were to menu at start up.
Hope this is clear, I wrote it and still don’t understand it!

Yes thats correct, the stars are on the map but not listed.

Weird.

Have you looked on Mydrive if the listing is visible.

If it is visible, press the on/off button until you hear the sound of the tamtam and the device restarts.

If it still does, perform a factory reset.

A factory reset, will this remove all my routes other settings? how do I perform a factory reset?

The 1st thing to do before performing a factory reset is to look on your Mydrive account to see if your favorites are visible.
