"MY ONE" touch screen mouse click turn-on

I just got a ONE.....works great but....a funny thing is happeneing. I installed TOMTOM Home on my personal laptop and when I hook up the unit to it I can't "on SCREEN" mouse click switch it on during "MY ONE" to do on screen planning. I installed HOME on my other laptop (work) and the "on screen" mouse cursor touch to turn on works. HELP!!!!!!!!!

Home should ask to download something else to work virtual tomtom.
