my 720 is loosing everything

Every time I use my 720 something else is not working. I keep loosing my factory POI's now when I navigate to a address and choose use cross street and I imput the first street and choose that name then my TT never gives me a list of cross streets it just says searching and does for ever. Now it has lost all my favorites also. I have dwnloaded nothing and have not connected it to pc in weeks. I have done the pin reset with it off and it has done nothing.

This all started with the last update not the newest one as I am affraid to do it because of others having problems.

I just updated the tt mapshare and items but not the new firmware and I lost my POI's again. The catagories are there but are all empty.


This is Bull crap I just updated the firmware to 8.010 and will see what happens I have nothing to loose

That's most deffinatly a weird situation ya going on there.

I've never seen another post address'ing that particcular issue before.

crpoi & poi - are of course, the two files that contain all that information. They are still there ??
