What monthly newsletter? This forum is NOT part of TomTom.

As dhn has already mentioned, we're not part of TomTom - we're an unofficial support forum. However, if you sign up for a MyTomTom account, you can opt in to the newsletter on signup (just keep the box ticked at the bottom):

If you've already got an account, I'm sure there's a way to amend your details once you are logged in to opt in to the newsletter.
